Q: How do I customize the forms?

A: If you wish to customize another form or document, you must first download it and save it onto your computer. (See How do I print and save the forms?) Then open the document in your word processing program and make the changes you want. If you want to keep the original version of the document as well as the modified one, be sure you choose "Save As" and give the document a new name so you don't overwrite the original version.

Note: although some software will allow you to make changes in PDF files, in most cases this is not possible. If you wish to make changes in a form, we suggest you select forms in DOC or RTF format. A few forms are in a non-changeable format to allow for a more professional look.
