Q: Do I have to organize an event? Can my Group just collect donations?

A: NO, you do not have to organize an event! YES, you can simply collect donations. Many Groups have a successful fundraiser by passing out the donation brochures to their Group attendees and/or having a mailing or e-mail campaign. Leaders sometimes send the brochures to mothers they have helped on the phone, but are not members of the Group. Relatives, friends, and health-care professionals who know your passion for La Leche League may make donations. Give healthcare professionals the Donor Incentive Flyer for HCPs. Take the regular Donor Incentive Flyer to businesses in your community. Donations may also be made online and credited to your Group at https://donate2lll.org/indexSecure.htm.
