Q: What if I can’t download the forms?

A: First, be sure that you are trying to download the forms in a format that is compatible with your software. If you do not have Microsoft Word, for example, you may not be able to download and read DOC files. Documents in Rich Text Format (RTF) are readable by most word processing systems, including Macintosh. Files that are in PDF format can be opened using your web browser and the free Adobie Reader "plug-in" software available online, http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
