Q: We registered, but did not raise money, or we did not have an event, so there is no need for paperwork. Correct?

A: No, please turn in the paperwork regardless. It is especially important that we know how many people attended so our final totals are accurate. If you did not hold an event, please notify the AWC so she will not be expecting paperwork from you. The AWC is expected to list every registered Group on the Area form, so let her know if you did not have an event or did not fundraise. In addition, it lets us know what you did and includes your evaluation.
