FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Who do we send our paperwork and money to?

A: Fill out the Accounting/Prize Eligibility/Evaluation Form and make one copy. Keep the original for your records and send the one copy plus any Donor Incentive Flyers, and a check or money order for 50% of the funds collected to your AWC (Area "World Breastfeeding Week" Coordinator). The check or money order should be payable to "LLL of Your Area." Please do not send cash. Do not mail money directly to LLLI. The AWC will see that the Area keeps its portion and that the appropriate amounts are forwarded to the Division, and LLLI. Please note that to receive prizes, October 17 is the postmark deadline to send money and follow-up paperwork to the AWC.
